Join the DalBoxes on February 10th and 11th at the Sexton Campus, Halifax for an action-packed hackathon-style board game development weekend!

Meet students from other faculties as you work on a dynamic team to develop your best attempt at a fully functional board game over a 27-hour period.

Food will be provided (and transportation/hotel accommodations for students coming from Truro).

The challenge starts at 5:30 pm on Friday and finishes at 8:30 pm on Saturday. Friday’s session will go until midnight with lots of snacks, visits to the Boardroom Café (for inspiration) and music to keep your team energized. Saturday will start at 9 am with breakfast and by 4 pm you’ll have your final designs complete. Following supper, teams and guests will view and test games in a showcase.
