Understanding Yourself and Others: How to Work as a Team

Tuesday, February 26th @ 6:00 pm8:00 pm

Free

Jung’s theory of psychological types is useful to help us understand ourselves and how we work with others. By using an online assessment, we will identify valuable differences between people, differences that could be the source of misunderstanding and miscommunication on your working team. This information enhances understandings of motivations, natural strengths, and potential growth areas. It also helps us appreciate others who differ from themselves. We will discuss the nature of group dynamics and how this knowledge can help your current working group and future partnerships.

Meet Scott Furlotte…

Scott completed his MSc in Business Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire, where he also served as a visiting lecturer and Chancellors International Scholar. He is a Principal Practitioner of the Association of Business Psychology (UK), a Certified Executive Coach with the Certified Coaches Federation, an Associate with the International Society for Coaching Psychology and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional.
