Personality Types, Communication, and Team Dynamics

Thursday, October 5th @ 5:30 pm8:30 pm

Please note the change in time and location for this workshop

Jung’s theory of psychological types are useful to help us understand ourselves and how we work with others. By discussing the results of an online test, we will identify valuable differences between people, differences that could be the source of misunderstanding and miscommunication. This information enhances understandings of motivations, natural strengths, and potential growth areas. It also helps us appreciate others who differ from themselves.

The goals of this workshop are to:

  • Self-assess and verify your personality preferences
  • Recognize how types differ from one another
  • Discuss the nature of group dynamics
  • How this knowledge can help your current working group and future partnerships

Free pizza and drinks will be served at this event. This event is eligible to receive a stamp in our Passport program.

Please complete the following personality type assessment in advance of the workshop. Those who have not completed this assessment by the beginning of the workshop will not be permitted to attend.

Students will need to record their 4 letter outcome, as well as the percentages of each. It’s usually best to print or screen capture the results page. Here is a sample of what the page looks like:
