Buyer personas are a semi-fictional representation of your ideal customers. Creating a buyer persona will help you understand your prospective customers better, make it easier to tailor design, content and marketing to meet the specific needs, behaviours and concerns of the personas you identify.
This workshop on buyer personas will start you on the path to truly understand who your customers are, what their central drivers are and how you can start using this knowledge as you develop and validate your business offerings.
Scott is a Management Consultant and NSCC Faculty with over 14 years’ experience in leadership, management and consulting. Scott’s work has taken him to Canada, United States and the UK. Scott completed his MSc in Business Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire and has an undergraduate degree from Harvard University. Scott has worked with entrepreneurs and start-ups in London’s (UK) Silicon Roundabout; where he worked at Google Campus and with several incubator and accelerator programs.
